Hermès — Pantin: Apprenticeship (alternance) as Change Project Coordinator, Data & AI. 12‑month placement starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and produce transversal training materials and user guides for Data & AI solutions (user guides, FAQs, use‑case illustrations, best practices).
- Deliver training sessions and provide hands‑on support to users for adoption of analytical and AI tools.
- Collect, structure and publicise user feedback and testimonials; document practical use cases and success stories.
- Animate and grow the community of Data & AI users across the Maison.
- Create communication collateral to promote best practices, solution evolutions and usage patterns.
- Capture user needs and escalate functional or technical requirements to product and development teams.
- Contribute to the preparation and animation of Data & AI events organised by Data Office & Services or other Hermès directions.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives and change instruments to increase adoption and value delivery.
Qualifications
- Final‑year Master's student (Bac+5) in a Data/AI‑related field: data engineering, computer science or business school with Data/AI specialization.
- Good conceptual understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, ML) and constrained‑optimization methods, with a strong data and mathematical culture.
- Curious, communicative and pedagogical with a demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Analytical, scientific mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Basic familiarity with Python and SQL is an advantage.

Experience
Open to beginners and final‑year Master students; prior internships or project experience in data, AI or change/adoption activities is valued but not mandatory.
Education
Final‑year Master's degree (Bac+5) in data/AI engineering, computer science or a business school with a Data/AI specialization.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
