Hermès Sellier (Pantin) seeks a Change & Knowledge Management Manager to lead HMS transformation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the global change strategy for the multi-year HMS digital transformation programme, ensuring coherence across projects and populations.
  • Design and operationalise a methodological change framework (toolkits, templates, rituals) and train project teams to apply it consistently.
  • Map and consolidate programme impacts by population (processes, organisations, roles) and coordinate with HR on role, competency and culture evolutions.
  • Identify key stakeholders, resistance points and mobilisation levers; drive stakeholder engagement plans to secure adoption.
  • Advise and support individual project teams on change approaches (onboarding, communications, training) and ensure alignment of deployment strategies.
  • Design, build and animate a community of change champions/relays to share best practices, facilitate cross-project learning and enable local adoption.
  • Own programme-wide communication and engagement activities; coordinate messaging and run events to foster commitment and awareness.
  • Define and implement deployment governance and resource planning; identify tensions and synergies across roll-outs.
  • Measure and report on adoption using consolidated KPIs; escalate risks and propose corrective actions from conception through post go‑live.
  • Design, structure and maintain knowledge repositories and documentation (operating procedures, training modules) and act as the HMS entry point for group KM initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, humanities, organisational change or digital transformation (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with a significant portion in change management and/or knowledge management within digital transformation contexts (ERP roll-outs preferred).
  • Strong understanding of organisational dynamics, processes and human factors in transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience designing training strategies, knowledge repositories and communities of practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to work transversally with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Sensitivity to artisanal values and an appetite for working in a high‑quality, craftsmanship-driven environment.

Experience
