Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt personal presentation and comportment to the Hermès environment and multicultural clientele
- Open and close cash registers with precision and accountability
- Guide, advise, and orient customers with warmth and attentiveness
- Welcome clients and process transactions with availability and genuine hospitality
- Manage payment authorizations with banking institutions as necessary
- Apply all cash handling procedures defined by the group
- Perform administrative cash management and reconciliation
- Execute tax-free transactions for international clientele

Qualifications
- Baccalaureate+2 diploma or equivalent, or proven experience in a similar retail role
- Fluent English proficiency (essential)
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technology
- Accounting knowledge and comfort with numerical operations

Experience
