Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt appearance and conduct to the Hermès environment and multicultural clientele
- Open and close cash register, ensuring accuracy of all transactions
- Guide, advise, and direct customers toward appropriate products and services
- Welcome customers and process checkout with warmth and attentiveness
- Manage payment authorizations with financial institutions as required
- Apply Hermès group cashier procedures with consistency and precision
- Maintain administrative records and reconciliation of the till
- Process tax-free transactions for foreign visitors

Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2 or equivalent qualification, or demonstrated success in a similar role
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency with standard computer systems and POS software
- Accounting knowledge and numerical aptitude
