Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt appearance and demeanor to the Hermès environment and multicultural clientele
- Open and close the cash register with accuracy and accountability
- Guide, advise, and direct customers with warmth and professionalism
- Welcome and process customer payments with availability and genuine care
- Manage payment authorizations with banking institutions as required
- Apply all group-defined checkout procedures with precision
- Perform administrative cash register management and reconciliation

Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2 level education or proven experience in a similar role
- Fluent English proficiency

Experience
