Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register: open and close tills, reconcile payments and perform daily cash-ups.
- Process all in-store sales transactions and payment authorisations across multiple payment methods.

- Assist international clients with tax refund procedures and other cross-border payment formalities.
- Support daily back-office tasks for the selling team, ensuring accurate data entry and updates to IT systems.
- Collect and maintain client data in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures.
- Implement and adhere to company cashiering procedures and ensure POS and IT tools are current.
- Participate in morning briefings, boutique events and client activations, contributing to a memorable closing experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting or an equivalent academic background.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum three years’ experience in cashiering or sales operations, preferably within a luxury goods boutique.
- Proven professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work flexibly in a high‑pace retail environment and to integrate effectively into team-led projects.
