Hermès seeks a Business Systems Manager for its Maison Pole in Pantin, France. Lead IT transformation, data governance, and a team of project managers and BI specialists.
Role & Responsibilities
- Construct, pilot, and deploy the IT project roadmap for the Maison Pole in alignment with operational leadership, IT governance, and cross-functional enterprise stakeholders
- Supervise MOA-led projects and serve as functional project lead from scoping through deployment and end-user adoption
- Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, governance protocols, and reporting frameworks
- Represent the Maison business unit in cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with stakeholder networks and peer MOA leadership
- Define the data roadmap, establish governance frameworks, and guarantee data quality and reliability across the Maison Pole
- Oversee data collection, monitoring, and control tools; drive continuous improvement initiatives and prioritize evolution requirements in coordination with enterprise and IT leadership
- Ensure operational continuity of deployed applications, track system enhancement requests, and support IT in solution deployment
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team comprising project managers, data managers, and a BI expert; foster skill advancement and interdepartmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience in IT project management, ideally acquired through consulting or audit backgrounds
- Demonstrated team management and leadership experience
- Mastery of enterprise information systems, particularly ERP, PLM, and MDM platforms
- Strong understanding of data governance and business transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of M3 ERP system preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to align cross-functional teams around transformation objectives
- Proven capability to drive organizational change with pragmatism and vision
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and pedagogical skills

Experience
Minimum 10 years of confirmed IT project management experience, preferably developed in consulting or audit environments, supplemented by hands-on team management responsibility. Production environment knowledge is advantageous. Proficiency with enterprise platforms—particularly M3 ERP, PLM, and MDM—alongside comprehensive understanding of data-driven transformation initiatives is essential.
