Role & Responsibilities
- Produce, update, and disseminate monthly KPIs and business operations reports through BI dashboards
- Analyze product launches and catalog performance with market communication and risk flagging
- Maintain demand planning schedules and sales forecasts according to central directives and quotas
- Update monthly convergence support documents in coordination with central teams
- Develop analytical tools and decision-support frameworks for the B&O department
- Execute ad hoc analyses to address B&O department priorities
- Manage cross-functional projects within the B&O team
- Guarantee data integrity during monthly convergence meetings with central stakeholders
- Pilot forecast phasing for catalog and new product sales
- Synthesize and escalate insights from central monthly operational meetings
- Support new product launch forecast definition and cadencing exercises
- Track product allocation commitments and quota management
- Serve as liaison for B&O communications across Europe
Qualifications
- Degree from reputable business school or university (Bac+3 or equivalent)
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in performance analytics or business operations
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Demonstrated expertise with business intelligence tools and SQL or comparable query languages
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English
- Relationship-building ability with comfort in presenting complex data to senior stakeholders
