Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver retail sales targets and KPIs through strong leadership and team motivation, leading by example and promoting the Hermès brand
  • Build and maintain relationships with store management and retail colleagues, gaining support to establish opportunities and achieve business objectives
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating Hermès pillars and ensuring effective communication and behaviour both internally and externally

  • Coach and develop the team through individual development plans, providing consistent feedback through daily conversations, team briefs, one-to-ones, and formal appraisals
  • Manage staff from partner agencies and monitor in-store sales performance, identifying top performers and maintaining a strong talent pool for peak trading periods
  • Manage business budgets for staffing, overtime, point-of-sale materials, and expenses, maintaining accurate records in consultation with the Regional Manager
