Hermès is seeking a Business Law Legal Intern to support its Retail Legal Department across retail and digital distribution strategy, subsidiary contracts, transport and legal monitoring. This full-time, six-month internship begins in January 2027 and is based in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining and monitoring the Group's commercial policy.
- Support digital development and draft general terms and conditions of sale for each new channel.
- Review issues relating to the protection of personal data.
- Participate in reviewing IT, logistics and services contracts.
- Support collaboration with European subsidiaries on the contractual framework for their events.
- Advise operational teams on consumer law matters.
- Contribute to drafting and negotiating contracts related to B2B and B2C flows.
- Participate in preparing tender processes and negotiating various contracts.
- Conduct regular regulatory and case-law monitoring.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law or Contract Law.
- A first experience in a company or law firm that developed an interest in distribution and consumer law.
- Fluent English and an interest in international environments.
- Dynamism, adaptability and attention to detail.
- Rigor, discretion and respect for the confidentiality of assigned matters.
Experience
A first experience in a company or law firm; beginners are accepted.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law or Contract Law.
