Hermès seeks Business Analytics & Forecasting Manager in Pantin, France. Lead commercial analysis, forecasting, and supply planning for Bijouterie Fantaisie.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and disseminate monthly commercial reports including KPIs, BI dashboards, and performance analyses across collections and permanent inventory items
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and decision-support systems for the Bijouterie Fantaisie business
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business needs and strategic initiatives
- Animate budgeting processes across three-year and one-year horizons in collaboration with commercial, finance, and supply teams
- Pilot sales forecasting runs for permanent stocked items (PES) and manage medium-term production planning (PMT)
- Synthesize and escalate data from Industrial & Commercial Planning (PIC) processes
- Challenge and validate business assumptions prior to budget integration
- Define and sequence Podium orders aligned with sell-out projections and inventory targets
- Co-construct market entry strategy for new product introductions with the Commercial Director
- Monitor deliveries, order allocations, product thaw schedules, and invoicing against departmental budget
- Serve as primary liaison between Métier Supply and Central Supply functions
- Prepare comprehensive annual commercial assessments and business reviews in collaboration with sales teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent program
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience with demonstrated expertise in performance analysis
- Fluent English (essential)
- Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and primary query tools; demonstrated interest in BI platforms
- Rigorous organizational skills with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Polished presentation skills and refined aesthetic judgment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong priority management, and collaborative team orientation

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in commercial analysis, financial planning, or a closely related function within luxury goods, retail, or fashion environments. Proven track record developing and executing performance analysis frameworks, forecasting processes, and strategic business planning.

Master's degree (Bac +5) from an accredited business school or equivalent advanced post-secondary qualification in commerce, finance, or business administration.
