Hermès seeks a Business Analyst for its Fashion Jewelry division in Pantin, France—a 4-month fixed-term role focused on performance and forecasting analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update and automate performance reports (sell-in and sell-out metrics)
- Optimize and maintain analytical databases while ensuring documentation and governance of shared reports in collaboration with business requirements teams
- Produce cross-functional analyses for business performance management
- Lead forecast animations with the commercial team for new and continued product lines
- Build macro-planning files for supply chain teams and participate in Industrial and Commercial Planning (PIC) meetings
- Consolidate data for permanent inventory forecast runs
- Monitor and provide recommendations on business inventory management
- Participate in stock allocation and push offers exercises
- Track product allocations and deliveries to markets in coordination with the distribution director and customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 years or equivalent from a business school, university, or engineering institution
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar analytical or commercial role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Fluent English (essential); additional language a strong asset
- Demonstrated interest in information systems
- Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail
- Excellent synthesis and communication capabilities

2–3 years in a similar business analysis, commercial analytics, or sales operations role, preferably within fashion, luxury, or retail environments.
Education
