Hermès Parfum et Beauté seeks a Business Analyst in Miami to coordinate regional sales and develop insightful financial reports.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor regional turnover through daily Sell-in reporting updates and ensure accurate performance visibility
- Provide weekly sales landing views highlighting quantified risks and opportunities to senior management and headquarters
- Lead preparation of monthly sales trend projections in collaboration with the Sales team
- Support bi-annual sales budget revisions by client, aligning with market dynamics and regional strategy
- Contribute to monthly sales budget phasing in coordination with Sales and Demand Planning teams
- Deliver monthly and quarterly analyses of regional performance covering sell-in and sell-out dynamics
- Provide forward-looking analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance steering
- Gather and synthesize key insights from Sales teams and share with senior management and headquarters
- Identify key performance drivers and propose actionable recommendations
- Gather sell-out sources from internal ERP systems (AQOA and NEOBI) and design synthetic performance dashboards
- Develop and implement sell-out dashboards in collaboration with Sales teams
- Design inventory dashboards for key clients and define KPIs
- Maintain and continuously update the Distribution database in collaboration with Sales teams
- Ensure data consistency and alignment with headquarters
- Design, build, and continuously enhance automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs
- Optimize reporting processes to increase efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
- First experience in a business area assistant role, ideally within a consumer or luxury goods brand, distributor, or retailer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or management
- Fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data treatment, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA
- Expertise in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
