Hermès seeks an experienced Business Analyst Manager in Pantin, France to lead IT project delivery and ERP implementation for the Fashion Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and pilot the Fashion Division's Business & Requirements Management (MOA) roadmap in collaboration with operational teams and the IT department
- Oversee IT project delivery ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts whilst managing external consulting partners and stakeholders
- Formalize business requirements and design tailored technology solutions aligned with operational strategy
- Direct the deployment and implementation of the new Group ERP system and supporting tools through go-live
- Build and strengthen IT expertise across the Fashion Division and represent operational teams within governance committees
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' experience managing information systems projects, preferably with exposure to Supply Chain processes and ERP implementations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrix-driven environments
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and digital transformation methodologies
- Proficiency in change management and stakeholder alignment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years in IT project management and systems delivery, with particular emphasis on Supply Chain operations and enterprise resource planning platforms. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in federated team leadership, transformational change initiatives, and decision-making within sophisticated organizational structures.
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional certification in IT programme management (PRINCE2, PMI, or similar).
