Hermès seeks an ERP Project Coordinator for its Ready-to-Wear division in Pantin, France. Lead organizational transformation and business process redesign for group-wide ERP implementation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot the business-facing scope of the ERP project for the Fashion Pole by defining roadmaps, implementation timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators in alignment with group-level program direction
- Coordinate and animate business process owners, conduct cross-functional workshops, and facilitate steering committee sessions while preparing strategic arbitration decisions and ensuring transparent information flow among all stakeholders
- Represent Ready-to-Wear operational requirements and strategic priorities within group-level program forums, advocate for business-specific differentiators, and leverage synergies across complementary business functions
- Lead process transformation activities through business process mapping, systems documentation, target-state process design, and comprehensive testing and validation phases
- Monitor project progress, identify emerging risks, anticipate organizational implications, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless deployment execution
- Oversee the legacy ERP system roadmap and manage its controlled decommissioning to prepare organizational readiness for the new solution
- Manage the MOA ERP roadmap for the Fashion Pole, coordinate ancillary projects, govern budget allocations, and oversee third-party partners where applicable
- Champion user adoption across operational teams through training programs, capability development initiatives, and post-launch support as the primary ERP reference point for business stakeholders

Experience

Education
