Role & Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet every client entering and leaving the boutique and act as the principal host at the store entrance.
  • Assess visitor needs and guide clients to the appropriate merchandise or sales associate, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
  • Manage the boutique appointment calendar: record arrivals, no-shows, reschedules and cancellations in the appointment application.
  • Field and process phone appointment requests, assign team schedules and resolve appointment conflicts.
  • Communicate proactively with selling, operations and asset protection teams about appointment arrivals and boutique capacity.
  • Maintain client comfort and service standards (umbrella storage, beverage service, escorting clients to door or car with purchases).
  • Monitor and manage outdoor queues when capacity is reached to minimise wait times and preserve a premium client experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail or hospitality environments.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; gracious, warm and professional demeanour in all client interactions.
  • Demonstrable high-touch customer service and hospitality orientation with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends and evenings as required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable using appointment/scheduling applications.
  • Calm, composed approach to difficult situations and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual or additional language skills are a strong plus.

Experience
