Hermès — Boutique Coordinator (WRTW & Shoes) in New York, NY. Support sales operations, inventory and client service at the Madison Avenue flagship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize WRTW/Shoes sales receipts and daily audits in partnership with management and the Managing Director.
- Perform inventory stock counts, cycle counts and assist with reconciliation for WRTW and Shoes floor métiers.
- Maintain and file records related to WRTW/Shoes sales activities and transactions.
- Enter and track special orders systematically during ALC season and notify the sales team when orders arrive.
- Support merchandise flow: stock replenishment, stockroom organization, management of RDIs/CDIs/Cites, and daily reticketing.
- Assist at POS with transfers, charge sends and Voxpays; support SSAs and Selling Specialists as needed.
- Locate merchandise and retrieve additional sizes, colours and options quickly to service clients.
- Deliver product between floors for clients, associates or backstocking, and ensure floors are stocked precisely.
- Work with Inventory Control to reticket returns and return merchandise promptly to floor or stock.
- Support shipping and receiving: place incoming stock in appropriate stockrooms following established standards.
- Maintain WRTW/Shoes visual merchandising standards to company expectations.
- Complete operational tasks related to inventory, transfers and other duties as assigned; demonstrate flexibility to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or boutique operations experience, preferably within luxury fashion or specialty retail.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- High level of internal and external customer service; communication must be gracious and warm.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment and support trust and cooperation among colleagues.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' experience in retail operations, inventory management or boutique support, ideally within a luxury fashion environment handling stockroom, floor replenishment and point-of-sale processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary coursework or certification in retail, business or hospitality preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.77 to USD 27.12 per hour.
