Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize all Men's sales receipts and daily audits in partnership with Men's floor management and Managing Director
  • Perform inventory stock counts and assist with reconciliation for all Men's floor métiers
  • Copy, sort, and file records related to Men's sales activities and transactions
  • Ensure all Men's special orders are systematically entered during ALC season and communicate to sales team when completed orders arrive in-store
  • Support all areas of merchandise flow including stock replenishment, stockroom organization, management of RDIs/CDIs/Cites, and daily reticketing
  • Assist in maintaining Men's visual merchandising standards to company expectations
  • Support Sales Specialists and Selling Associates at POS with transfers, charge sends, and Voxpay transactions
  • Provide excellent service by quickly locating merchandise and retrieving additional sizes, colors, and options
  • Assist in delivering and assisting Men's products between floors as needed for clients, associates, or back-stocking
  • Ensure all merchandise is stocked and replenished on each sales floor in an efficient and precise manner
  • Work in tandem with Inventory Control team to reticket merchandise returns daily and quickly return to floor or stock
  • Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts
  • Work across multiple floors and product category areas to support client and sales team requests
  • Assist selling team with stock and size questions as needed
  • Organize stock to optimize inventory workflow, space utilization, and sales objectives in the store
  • Complete operational tasks related to inventory, transfers, and other assignments
  • Support shipping and receiving team with daily new receipts by placing incoming stock in appropriate stockrooms following established standards
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support business needs and all operational duties as required
  • Complete all other duties assigned by supervisor
