Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and listen attentively to their requirements to recommend the most suitable products
- Inspire customers through compelling product introductions and storytelling that evoke imagery and emotional connection
- Execute sales with enthusiasm while delivering exceptional after-sales service to retain customers and encourage repeat visits
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and achieve additional sales through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain the counter to luxury standards, including cleanliness, stock management, supplies, inventory control, and labelling
- Implement point-of-sale promotional events and materials according to operational marketing guidelines
- Share expertise and skills with team members, including fellow ambassadors and Beauty Experts, and collaborate with Head Office
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' successful experience in cosmetics sales for a well-known quality house or luxury retailer
- Demonstrable keen interest in beauty and fragrance with strong knowledge of at least one sector area (fragrance, skincare, or makeup)
- Fluent English; additional languages highly advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with natural storytelling ability
- Strong colour-matching awareness and visual merchandising sensibility
- Passionate about art and fashion with genuine enthusiasm for luxury retail
- Proven team spirit and willingness to share expertise collaboratively
