Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute expert product consultation and proactive sales across the beauty and fragrance department, capitalizing on customer opportunities while maintaining a dynamic floor presence
  • Deliver memorable and curated customer experiences through personalized service, seamless problem-solving, and collaboration with external relations staff to exceed expectations
  • Build and autonomously manage a high-value client portfolio across domestic and international segments, ensuring consistent relationship cultivation and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Makeup artist diploma or certificate
  • 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in the beauty and fragrance sector within a luxury retail context
  • Advanced fluency in English (both written and oral)
  • Mastery of digital tools and contemporary communication channels
  • Proven track record of customer passion, service orientation, and results-driven performance in previous roles
