Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and attentively on the retail floor
- Provide expert consultation and advisory services on makeup application and product selection, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs
- Conduct immersive product demonstrations and enable clients to experience Hermès fragrances and beauty creations firsthand
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations with meticulous makeup application expertise, ensuring exceptional service quality and precision
- Execute generous sales of cosmetics while ensuring comprehensive after-sales service to foster client loyalty and satisfaction
- Develop extensive product knowledge to identify and execute strategic add-on sales complementary to clients' initial purchases
- Maintain optimal point-of-sale standards including cleanliness, stock replenishment, inventory management, and product labeling
- Ensure rigorous implementation and adherence to all marketing activations and operational guidelines provided by marketing teams
- Serve as a beauty training resource and mentor for retail colleagues, sharing makeup expertise and product knowledge across the team
Qualifications
- Diploma of BAC+2 or equivalent qualification in retail, fashion and beauty, or cosmetics
- Minimum three years of proven sales experience in luxury cosmetics, fragrance, or skincare retail, ideally with a prestigious beauty brand
- Advanced proficiency in makeup consultation and application techniques
- Fluent English speaker; additional language skills are advantageous
- Mastery of customer advisory and client-centric retail principles
- Natural entrepreneurial and commercial acumen with strong results orientation
- Keen sense of aesthetic refinement with demonstrated passion for art, fashion, and colour

Experience
Minimum three years of successful sales experience with a prestigious luxury cosmetics, fragrance, or skincare brand, demonstrating strong expertise in makeup and beauty product categories.
Education
BAC+2 (or equivalent) qualification in retail, fashion and beauty, or cosmetics.
