Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and color-matching services to clients, guiding them through product selection and demonstrations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beauty trends, product features, and Hermès Beauty collections to educate and inspire clients
- Create and uphold exceptional visual merchandising standards and hygiene protocols within the beauty area of the boutique
- Manage booked client appointments and coordinate services in alignment with store operations and launch schedules
- Collaborate with boutique sales associates and team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Adhere to grooming and professional presentation standards consistent with Hermès brand values
- Support product launches through virtual trainings and active participation in beauty animations and in-store experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics, or retail
- Demonstrated expertise in makeup application, color theory, and beauty consultation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide discerning clients
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional personal grooming and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexibly according to store schedule and product launch calendar
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics retail, or prestige brand environments. Prior experience working with high-net-worth clientele or in luxury boutique settings is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry, or beauty consultation is advantageous but not required.
