Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative beauty services and professional product recommendations to clients
- Execute product demonstrations including color selection, swatching, and application guidance
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beauty trends, product collections, and Hermès brand heritage
- Manage client appointments and coordinate scheduling in collaboration with boutique teams
- Uphold rigorous hygiene protocols and personal grooming standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation in the beauty section
- Support boutique sales associates in achieving sales and customer satisfaction objectives

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance retail
- Demonstrated expertise in beauty product knowledge and makeup application
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with clientele from diverse backgrounds
- Strong understanding of luxury retail service standards and clienteling practices
