Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional consultation services and personalized guidance to clients
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist clients with color selection and swatching
- Support boutique sales associates in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain visual presentation standards for the beauty area
- Manage scheduled appointments and client interactions

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, retail, or luxury customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury beauty products and current beauty trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and provide color consultation
- Commitment to maintaining professional grooming and hygiene standards
