Role & Responsibilities
- Create seasonal visual merchandising guidelines across all divisions of the Silk and Fashion Accessories pole
- Prepare visual merchandising shoots and design inspiration materials for retail environments
- Coordinate prototype product management and participate in cross-merchandising shoots
- Develop visual merchandising training content, including digital modules, multimedia materials, and updates to internal platforms
- Support international subsidiaries in deploying retail animations and product launches
- Coordinate overall organization of showcase presentations, including planning, logistics, prototype management, and tool creation
- Conduct regular retail and competitive analysis to inform visual strategy
- Maintain and circulate internal newsletter featuring retail insights and trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a school of commerce, fashion, or design
- Prior professional experience within a luxury house
- Fluent English language ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
- Ability to articulate ideas with clarity and collaborate cross-functionally

Beginners accepted; prior experience in visual merchandising or retail environments is advantageous.

Student or recent graduate from a school of commerce, fashion, or design.
