Role & Responsibilities
- Produce flat technical sketches by hand and using Illustrator to support model development
- Complete technical specification sheets (measurements, detail sketches) for production follow-up
- Create mock-ups and detail maquettes to illustrate proportions and construction for new models
- Research visual inspiration and assemble mood-boards to feed the design brief
- Propose detail ideas and model variations consistent with the season’s collection identity
- Develop colourways for contrast details and colour-blocking; prepare seasonal colour palettes
- Attend post-fitting sessions and collection debriefs to record decisions and adjustments
- Support studio administration: dispatch prototypes, organise materials, file fitting samples
- Contribute to preparations for press shows and related logistical tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised fashion design or related programme (fashion school preferred)
- Strong interest and demonstrable enthusiasm for menswear and the Hermès Homme aesthetic
- Good command of Photoshop and Illustrator (required)
- Organised, rigorous and dynamic with a professional sense of discretion
- Team-oriented with a service-minded approach and willingness to learn in a high-standard studio

Experience
Open to students and early-career candidates; beginners accepted. Prior internships or academic projects in menswear design are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a fashion design, textile, or related higher-education programme.
