Role & Responsibilities
- Support and relieve the Store Manager in administrative and operational management of the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulations in daily operations.
- Co-responsibility for achieving sales targets and goals for the boutique.
- Assist the Store Manager in preparing and purchasing the product assortment, including sales analysis and budget calculations.
- Lead a team with a focus on motivation, development, and excellent collaboration.
- Ensure excellent customer service and actively engage with local and international clients.
- Collaborate closely with central departments in Munich and Paris.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience.
- Strong organizational skills, positive and confident demeanor, entrepreneurial thinking, sensitivity, and attention to detail.
- Passion for sales and service, familiar with inventory management systems and customer service.
- Proficient in using modern media and enjoy utilizing them efficiently in daily tasks.
- Fluent in German and English, with an additional foreign language preferred.
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in a comparable role.

Compensation
A monthly gross salary starting from €2,986 for 38.5 hours/week, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
