Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily boutique operations, coaching and developing sales associates to achieve individual and store sales objectives.
  • Maintain a visible, proactive management presence on the sales floor, modelling exceptional service and the Hermès client experience.
  • Review weekly business performance by profession, identify sales and clienteling opportunities, and translate findings into individual development plans and store targets.
  • Contribute to and conduct regular touch-point meetings and annual performance evaluations in partnership with the Store Manager/Managing Director.
  • Communicate and enforce CRM standards; follow up daily to maximise client capture rates and maintain detailed client records to Hermès specifications.
  • Ensure all store policies and procedures are clearly communicated and actively complied with by the team.
  • Monitor E-time and scheduling requirements, manage staff rotas and maintain accurate records of attendance, leave and workforce availability.
  • Track deliveries and special orders, ensure timely client follow-up and coordinate with relevant teams to optimise fulfilment.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop boutique teams.
  • Demonstrable expertise in delivering luxury customer service and a deep understanding of clienteling best practices.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and workforce management tools (E-time or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and convert insights into actionable plans.
  • Comfortable conducting performance reviews, handling compliance matters and enforcing store procedures.

Experience
