Hermès Paris internship: Six-month Retail Development Assistant role supporting commercial projects, merchandising, and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee operational execution of in-store service projects including sales ceremonies, product personalization, and commercial activations
- Develop and maintain digital and print sales support tools, sales rituals, and merchandising guidelines
- Conceive and coordinate seasonal inspiration narratives and oversee deployment of new product scenography
- Manage logistics coordination and conceptualization of retail events and commercial animations
- Organize showroom functionality and prepare associated internal operating documentation
- Conduct market surveillance on retail trends and identify emerging best practices
Qualifications
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or SketchUp is considered an asset
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
