Hermès Distribution France is the retail and distribution arm of the Hermès maison, representing a global luxury house renowned for craftsmanship in leather goods, silk, ready-to-wear and accessories. As part of the Hermès group, the distribution organisation supports the Maison’s boutiques and operational excellence through training, retail operations and project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and structure operational training content for store teams (back-office and front-office): guides, quick-reference sheets, tutorials, e-learning modules and short videos.
• Organise and help animate training sessions in-person and remotely; produce change-management materials to support tool and process rollouts.
• Track deployment metrics (completion rates, qualitative feedback), identify gaps and iterate on training materials for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a structured training resource library and capitalise on field feedback to evolve pedagogical content.
• Support project management activities: update roadmaps, consolidate progress, prepare presentations and syntheses, and contribute to KPI monitoring for operational excellence.
• Participate in scoping, testing and roll-out phases for tools and processes (including Smart Ops) and coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Communication, Commercial).
• Contribute to operational preparation for store projects (openings, renovations, pop-ups) and assist with day-to-day network operations (revaluations, regularisations, anomaly handling).
• Undertake regular field visits (estimated 20–30% of time) to anchor deliverables in store realities and support local teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's-level programme (Bac+4/5) — Business School, University or equivalent.
• Preferred specialisations: Retail, Operations, Change Management, Instructional Design, or Project Management.
• Prior internship or alternance experience in retail, operations or training is an advantage.
• Strong written expression and the ability to translate technical/process subjects into accessible formats for operational teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent topics methodically and interact discreetly with diverse interlocutors (store teams, directors, support functions).

Open to beginners; candidates should be current students at master’s level. A previous internship or work experience in retail operations, training or change management is considered a strong plus.

Master's degree candidate (Bac+4/5) in Business School, University or equivalent.
