Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the operational deployment of international press and influencer strategies in close collaboration with the International Press & Influence Project Manager.
  • Coordinate and respond to requests from local press attachés (press kits, visuals, interview logistics).
  • Contribute to the development and harmonisation of press and influence tools and guidelines across markets.
  • Monitor and record international press coverage daily using DMR; compile and analyse results for reporting.
  • Create and manage influencer campaign setups using KOLsquare and report on activations (placements, central events, local presentations).
  • Assist with logistics for international press and influencer events, interviews, press trips and local presentations.
  • Support administrative tasks: raise purchase orders, follow up on quotes and manage basic budget documentation.
  • Provide editorial support including translations of interviews and market analysis for the beauty & fragrance sector.
  • Coordinate operational aspects of the makeup cabin for the artistic director during Women’s and Men’s shows and assist on beauty shoots and tutorial video productions.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an apprenticeship contract (alternance) and available from 01 September 2026 for a 12‑month placement.
  • Higher education in Business, Communications, IAE or equivalent (university or grandes écoles).
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred, ideally in a similar PR/influence role and with international exposure; beginners accepted.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) required; strong written French is advantageous for daily coordination and translations.
  • Proven interest and awareness of the beauty and luxury markets and their media ecosystems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, autonomy, discretion and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and respect for confidentiality.

Experience
