Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with all Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie sites and functional departments, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality, to enhance organizational performance.
- Support site improvement initiatives focusing on artisanal performance, lead time reduction, and first-time quality.
- Lead key performance indicator management using Visual Management techniques.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and develop strategic roadmaps to achieve identified potentials.
- Organize and lead performance improvement workshops and cross-functional projects.
- Update and enrich organizational principles and best practices, conducting audits in collaboration with teams.
- Facilitate the deployment of organizational best practices across sites.
- Act as a liaison for one or more Manufacturing Poles, coordinating site interventions with the Performance Project Management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Bac+4/5).
- Proficiency in project management, including organization, formalization, and prioritization.
- Strong understanding of production information systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a high degree of rigor, autonomy, and curiosity.

Experience
Beginners accepted, with a focus on project management and performance improvement.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Bac+4/5).
