Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in preparing project documentation, drafting deliverables, and maintaining schedules
- Participate in project committees and meetings, updating progress tracking in Jira and Palominow
- Monitor IT projects across CRM, Supply Chain, Master Data, and ERP M3 perimeters
- Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and requirements
- Ensure quality standards for deliverables and the proper integration of solutions into the existing IT infrastructure
- Contribute to the team's collective knowledge development on technical and functional aspects of the platforms
Qualifications
- Pursuing a higher education diploma with a focus on project management and Information Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
