Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in preparing deliverables, drafting meeting minutes, and maintaining tracking tools (JIRA, MyPPM)
- Participate in requirements workshops with the Client Experience leadership to define project scope and objectives
- Contribute to the drafting of functional specifications and participate in user acceptance testing phases
- Support the rollout of solutions across retail locations and manage post-deployment coordination
- Gather field feedback, coordinate incident resolution, and maintain up-to-date project documentation
- Conduct data analysis and contribute to data structuring and qualification initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Systems Information, Project Management, or Digital from an engineering school, business school, or university
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall (V-Cycle) project methodologies
- Strong English language skills (oral and written)
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business stakeholder needs

Experience
Beginners accepted; no prior professional experience required. Academic projects or coursework demonstrating project management or IT systems knowledge valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in or near completion of a Master's-level degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Systems Information, Project Management, Digital, or related discipline from an engineering school, business school (Grande École de Commerce, IAE), university, or equivalent institution.
