Hermès International: 6-month internship in Communications Project Management. Paris-based role supporting event strategy and content delivery from January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and design of communications initiatives, ensuring operational oversight within defined timelines and budgets
  • Draft and coordinate project briefs with cross-functional internal teams (creative, production, digital, press) and external partners (agencies, vendors, translators)
  • Monitor content production and validate the quality of all deliverables
  • Support the deployment and international coordination of events including fashion shows, trunk shows, and public and private gatherings
  • Develop communications materials including invitations, lookbooks, and supporting collateral
  • Maintain project documentation and produce post-event summaries and analyses
  • Monitor industry trends in fashion and business, synthesizing findings into actionable briefings

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a prestigious business school, fashion school, communications programme, or commerce programme (Bac+4/5 level)
  • Fluent in English and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • First professional experience in communications, event management, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrated capacity to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Knowledge of media landscape and social media platforms is desirable
