Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Lifestyle product team across collection development from initial sketches to showroom deliveries, reporting to the Sportswear & Swimwear Product Manager.
  • Coordinate launches with contract manufacturers: dispatch technical mock-ups, organise material tests and quality checks for all Lifestyle categories.
  • Monitor production progress of fittings, prototypes and final runs in close liaison with product managers to ensure fitting schedules are met.
  • Inspect incoming models for conformity; collect technical, regulatory and quality data for each style.
  • Track development and deliveries of materials and components; manage colouring of fittings and follow up on missing components to ensure timely shipment to manufacturers.
  • Provide operational support to stock/logistics for launches (dispatch of fittings, raw materials and purchase orders) and follow manufacturing until receipt of samples for fittings.
  • Prepare and maintain daily collection documentation: collection plans, material boards, fitting catalogues and sketch tracking.
  • Organise archiving of samples and models and update historical tracking tools for styles.

Qualifications

  • Bac +4/5 level in business, fashion or a related university programme (Master’s level or final-year undergraduate).
  • Excellent command of French and English (both required); Italian is a plus.
  • Organised, rigorous and able to prioritise under schedule constraints.
  • Autonomous, agile and curious with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Deep sensitivity to product, high attention to detail and an intrinsic interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
  • Good knowledge of the luxury sector and its quality expectations.
