Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product references including sketches, specifications, and commercial data
- Produce weekly reporting materials such as fabric swatches, collection plans, and sample fitting catalogs
- Coordinate information flow to workshop teams and internal stakeholders across multiple departments
- Collaborate daily with manufacturing coordinators for leather goods, tailoring, and fluid wear categories
- Track sample shipments and receptions in alignment with fitting calendars and material procurement schedules
- Prepare models and documentation for fittings, presentations, and runway shows
- Update collection documents including line-ups, show lists, and photography briefs
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and product development—understanding how collections evolve from concept to finished piece
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams
- Proficiency with data management tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Quick learner with aptitude for mastering new business systems

Beginners accepted; prior experience in fashion product development or collection management is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in fashion design, product management, supply chain, or related field.
