Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Managing Director and regional leadership to run daily boutique operations and achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Provide active, on‑floor leadership: coach, train and mentor sales staff to model Hermès service standards and meet individual and store objectives.
  • Drive client development and CRM initiatives; ensure associate compliance with CRM capture standards and follow‑up procedures.
  • Monitor merchandising, stock levels, delivery and special orders across assigned professions to optimize MOS and sell‑through.
  • Manage scheduling, time & attendance (E‑time), vacation records and other payroll-related administration in coordination with HR.
  • Organize seasonal trainings, share internal updates, and ensure selling teams integrate key product and profession points at point of sale.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing and maintaining candidate pipelines for store vacancies.
  • Act as decision‑maker for client and store operations in the absence of the Floor Director/Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of retail management experience; luxury retail background preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Cegid and E‑time; ability to learn POS and payroll systems and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret sales data and convert analysis into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven coaching and performance‑management capability.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs and ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.

Experience

At least four years of progressive retail management experience with responsibility for staff supervision, sales targets and store operations; prior exposure to luxury retail environments strongly preferred.
