Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision of sales staff through coaching, training, and facilitation of sales objectives achievement
- Model exceptional service standards on the sales floor, ensuring team members embody the Hermès brand ethos and deliver outstanding client experiences
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through weekly métier analysis, delivery tracking, special orders management, and alignment with individual sales specialist goals
- Contribute to and conduct monthly performance conversations and annual performance evaluations in collaboration with the Managing Director and Floor Director
- Enforce and communicate CRM standards across the team, ensuring daily compliance and maximization of client capture quality per Hermès protocols
- Clearly communicate store policies and procedures to the team and monitor active compliance
- Monitor e-time and staff scheduling requirements; maintain accurate records of vacation, time, and attendance in coordination with HR
- Organize and execute seasonal training programs, sharing key métier insights and internal updates to integrate product knowledge into client conversations
- Assist in maintaining candidate database, recruiting, and conducting interviews to fill open positions
- Exercise critical business decisions and assume operational leadership during the Managing Director's or Floor Director's absences
- Maintain inventory levels across all assigned métiers, manage Markdown on Clearance (MOS), and achieve sell-through targets in accordance with Hermès standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of retail management experience
- Prior experience in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid, and E-time systems
- Ability to learn merchandise, point-of-sale, and payroll systems; effective troubleshooting capability
- Demonstrated ability to interpret sales data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance
- Flexibility to accommodate business-driven scheduling needs

Experience
Minimum 4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury environment. Demonstrated success in staff leadership, sales performance accountability, and operational execution in a high-volume, client-centric setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or business education is beneficial but not required.
