Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and conduct proper management of all charge send functions in partnership with the Stock Controller and Sales Support Associate
- Manage customer transfers and coordinate outbound transfers including rebalancing and destocking initiatives
- Audit receipts to ensure accurate items are processed and maintained
- Manage uniform distribution across the boutique
- Coordinate sales floor replenishment and respond to store requests for product transfers
- Allocate resources effectively through strong scheduling management
- Develop existing team through comprehensive training on store operations and Back of House procedures
- Train new team members in Back of House (BOH) operations
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in Back-of-house areas and equipment
- Support additional operational functions and projects as directed by business needs
Qualifications
- 4+ years of retail management experience in a similar operational role
- Prior experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Excellent proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong POS and phone systems knowledge
- Acute interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure
- Ability to lift between 0–25 lbs. without assistance

Experience
4+ years of retail management experience in a similar operational role; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain strong interpersonal communication both verbally and in writing.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or retail management certifications preferred but not required.
