Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and coaching to sales staff to achieve sales objectives and embody Hermès brand values
- Maintain active management presence on the sales floor, modeling exceptional service and ensuring team alignment with Hermès standards
- Conduct weekly business reviews by métier, track delivery and special orders, and identify sales opportunities aligned with sales specialists' personal goals
- Lead monthly touch-base meetings and annual performance evaluations in partnership with Managing Director and Floor Director
- Enforce CRM standards and ensure daily associate compliance to maximize client capture rate and data quality per Hermès protocols
- Communicate policies and procedures to team members and ensure active compliance across all operational areas
- Monitor scheduling, E-time records, vacation management, and attendance records in coordination with HR
- Organize and conduct seasonal trainings covering product category highlights, internal updates, and client conversation integration at point of sale
- Assist in maintaining candidate database and participate in recruitment and interviewing for open positions
- Execute critical client decisions and manage business operations during Managing Director or Floor Director absences
- Achieve boutique sales goals and maintain profitability while ensuring accurate inventory management and stock levels per Hermès standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of retail management experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Cegid, and E-time systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn merchandise, POS, and payroll systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong capability to interpret sales data and translate insights into effective business recommendations
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance
- Flexibility in work availability to accommodate business needs
- Regular in-person presence at the designated work location is required

Experience
Minimum 4 years of retail management experience; prior experience in a luxury environment is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in staff leadership, sales target achievement, and client service excellence within a high-end retail context.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or relevant coursework is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 95,000 to USD 107,000 per annum.
