About Hermès

Creation JMC is a boutique jewellery workshop integrated within Hermès' in‑house production (H.A.B) that delivers artisanal savoir‑faire across mid and high jewellery. The atelier combines traditional craftsmanship — polishing, setting and jewellery-making — with development and industrialisation support from an internal methods and design office, operating across several French manufacturing sites as part of the Hermès ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting; prepare and consolidate figures for site reporting.
• Contribute to monthly dashboard creation and ensure timeliness and accuracy of key performance indicators.
• Participate in closing processes and budgeting exercises in coordination with the finance controller.
• Ensure reliability and analytical integrity of reported numbers; perform data reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support inventory campaigns and provide operational assistance during physical counts.
• Participate in stock-related operations coordinated by Group Finance.
• Process purchase orders and receipts; monitor colleagues' purchase orders and verify analytical coding.
• Collaborate on cross-functional finance projects with the central finance team and site management.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a business school or equivalent programme and available for a 12‑month alternance (apprenticeship) beginning September 2026.
• Ideally one prior successful internship in management control, finance or audit.
• Strong numerical aptitude with proven analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigorous, reliable and able to ensure accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Autonomous, curious and proactive with a constructive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable with digital finance tools.

Skills

Experience

Preferably one prior internship or practical work experience in management control, audit or a related finance function.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business school (école de commerce) or equivalent higher‑education programme; eligible for a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship contract.
