Role & Responsibilities
- Act as interface between the technical lead and the functional lead to streamline coordination and follow-up of support activities.
- Support management of the support activity: ticket prioritization, incident tracking and adherence to N1/N2 processes.
- Develop and analyse support KPIs from the ticketing system (ServiceNow) to improve response times and operational performance.
- Identify recurring incidents and contribute to problem management by proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in automation projects and evaluate/implement innovative solutions, including exploratory uses of AI, to reduce manual workload.
- Help implement a transversal operational view (control‑tower type) to anticipate incidents and minimise errors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools: documentation, pre‑production testing and best‑practice optimisation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level programme (Bac +5) in engineering or business/management, seeking a 12‑month apprenticeship starting September 2026.
- Good understanding or first exposure to Supply Chain / Logistics operations is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with the broader Microsoft Office suite (Excel mastery is essential).
- Strong analytical, synthesis and formalisation capabilities to interpret KPIs and incident data.
- Rigour, autonomy, curiosity and a service mindset when liaising with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical issues for functional stakeholders.
