Role & Responsibilities

• Support the IT Project Manager in organising and delivering projects: prepare presentation materials, draft deliverables and meeting minutes, participate in committees and project meetings, maintain project planning and status updates in project tools (JIRA, Palominow).
• Assist in the piloting of one or more workstreams: coordinate stakeholders (business, technical, Data), animate subject meetings, follow design and development activities, support testing, deployment and post‑go‑live follow‑up.
• Progressively acquire technical know‑how on core production systems (M3 INFOR, MES) to validate solution fit against specifications, quality standards and integration requirements; perform technico‑functional adjustments where appropriate.
• Maintain close relationships with business interlocutors to understand key processes (order administration, manufacturing, purchasing) and contribute to building solutions that meet end‑user needs.
• Participate in continuous learning activities and adapt tasks according to the evolving project portfolio; travel to Paris weekly as required by the apprenticeship rhythm.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (engineering school, business school, IAE, university or equivalent) with a specialization or strong interest in project management and information systems.
• Previous internship or alternance experience, ideally in a similar project support function, is strongly appreciated; beginners accepted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skills: attentive, a clear communicator and able to facilitate exchanges between technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy, methodical working style, rigour and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of functional IT architecture is a plus (beginner level).
