Role & Responsibilities
- Support seasonal colour-range development: research colour references by theme, perform RGB colour matching in Photoshop and produce digital colour ranges.
- Prepare colour briefs with photoboards and inspirational imagery; archive previous seasons' ranges and track seasonal updates (cancellations and new colours).
- Coordinate the construction of multiple physical colour ranges within a season in collaboration with development apprentices.
- Contribute to print development: create colour proofs (mouchés) for each scarf coloration, update print boards and compile printed-file inventories.
- Verify supplier print files for conformity, register approved files on the network and maintain the collection’s print recap at collection launch.
- Adapt colourations for all-over prints and cartridges to the scale and format of carré (silk square) applications.
- Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the studio (expeditions, photocopying, scanning, filing) to ensure smooth collection workflow.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised textile, graphic design or fashion school with a specialisation in prints/textiles and holding a valid internship agreement (convention de stage) for the full duration.
- First practical experience in a studio environment is required; beginners with relevant academic work accepted.
- High level of rigour and organisation, with the ability to manage concurrent tasks in a fast-paced creative studio.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and professional courtesy when liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Keen sensitivity to colour, composition and materials, with demonstrated creative curiosity.

Student-level experience with at least some prior studio exposure; the role is open to beginners provided they have relevant academic projects or short internships in print/textile studios.
Education
Enrolled in a higher-education programme in textile design, graphic design or fashion with a focus on prints/textiles; internship must be covered by the school's internship agreement.
