Hermès internship: 6-month Print Design Assistant role in Pantin. Support colour and print development for women's ready-to-wear collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Research and develop colour references aligned with seasonal thematic palettes
- Create digital colour palettes in Photoshop, including RGB correspondences, mood boards, and inspiration imagery
- Coordinate and build physical colour samples with the materials development team across the season
- Participate in the creation of colour swatches for each print coloration and square design
- Update print boards, collect supplier files, and maintain print recapitulation documentation at collection launch
- Verify supplier file compliance and assist with all-over print, cartridge, and square adaptation colouration
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the studio, including shipping, archiving, filing, and daily tracking
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a textile, graphic design, or fashion school with specialization in prints or textile design
- Demonstrable sensitivity to colour, materials, and their composition
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and dynamic work ethic
- Ability to build quality working relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment
- Openness to learning, observation, and experimentation

Beginners accepted; no prior professional experience required. Internship context permits learning on the job under mentorship.

Currently pursuing studies in textile, graphic design, fashion, or related discipline with emphasis on print and textile specialization.
