Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack materials and samples for dispatch, including fabrics, leathers, threads and dye samples.
- Initiate dye batches and monitor dyeing operations in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
- Receive incoming orders and organise stock placement and inventory for development samples.
- Maintain and update visual tracking tools (boards, fly cases) used by the development team.
- Archive development documents and physical samples; assemble master folders for production handover.
- Track lead times for colour and material development and escalate delays when necessary.
- Inspect and control colours upon receipt of lab dips in collaboration with the development lead and responsible executive.
- Liaise with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders (product, launch, fabrics/leathers, stock) to ensure smooth development workflows.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in higher education: fashion, art, design school, business school, textile engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrated organisation, rigor and attention to detail.
- Strong sensibility for products, materials and quality standards.
- Proficiency with standard office IT tools, notably Microsoft Excel.
- Energy, adaptability, resilience under pressure and strong team spirit.

Experience
Open to students and early-career candidates; previous internships or practical exposure to product/materials development is advantageous but not required.
Education
Higher education in fashion, design, arts, business or textile engineering (current enrolment in a relevant programme preferred).
