Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily supplier relationships, including database management of references, prices, capacities, and market shares.
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and general negotiations.
- Conduct medium-term analyses to propose continuous improvement actions, such as price database exploitation for target costing and managing invoice dispute progress plans.
- Ensure compliance with 'made in' processes, customs attestations, and continuous improvement of associated flows.
- Update the Helios portal and contribute to the deployment of a unified supplier portal.
- Participate in projects such as mapping of supply chains, subcontractors, and associated investment strategies.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives, including the 'zero single-use plastic by 2030' project and energy consumption reduction with suppliers and the CSR team.
- Facilitate the creation of dedicated training pieces for Hermès Savoir-Faire schools and improve SAV parts availability processes.
- Support the supplier tooling project.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering or business school.
- Strong interest in project management, teamwork, and service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
