Role & Responsibilities
- Execute supplier consultations using group tools in line with the buyer’s sourcing strategy.
- Complete, maintain and archive supplier selection grids and knowledge sheets.
- Consolidate monthly purchasing data and prepare management reporting (revenue evolution, TDS, quality returns, etc.).
- Maintain and update the supplier panel in Helios according to regulatory and internal requirements.
- Support the buyer in preparation and follow‑up of supplier performance reviews and related KPIs.
- Contribute to the protection and securing of the pole’s strategic references.
- Assist in addressing action plans arising from DAR audits and support resolution activities.
- Handle targeted indirect purchasing topics according to business priorities.
- Accompany the buyer on selected supplier visits, draft visit reports and update supplier documentation.
- Participate actively in bi‑monthly procurement committee meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master’s programme or engineering school (purchasing, supply chain, industrial engineering or equivalent).
- Interest or prior exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments is appreciated.
- Rigorous, service‑oriented and available; able to listen to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Discretion and appropriate crisis communication capabilities.
- Fluent English.

Master’s degree candidate or student at an engineering school (in progress).
