Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and analytical support to four procurement departments: Fabrics, Leather, Components, and Materials Quality
- Monitor and track raw materials procurement budgets
- Prepare and manage supplier portfolio performance management reports and presentations
- Conduct weekly procurement and materials quality review meetings
- Update dashboards tracking raw materials procurement progress for menswear collections
- Consolidate procurement and delivery data for materials sourcing
- Generate regular management reports and performance analytics
- Perform ad hoc analyses on procurement performance, supplier metrics, and quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain, Procurement, or Management Accounting program (Bachelor's to Master's level)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with quantitative data
- Demonstrated rigor and adaptability

Beginner-level candidates accepted; prior exposure to procurement, supply chain operations, or data analysis is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Management Accounting (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
